Things have a way of working out. When Juan had to leave his job in 2014 after one of many quarrels with his boss, he didn’t expect his phone to start ringing constantly, but nonetheless it did! Countless people he had looked after in his previous job, requested his services and wanted to continue working with him. The phone never stopped ringing and it gradually dawned on Juan to start his own business and do things the way he thought best. Working for himself was an entirely new concept that brought extra responsibilities, but rewarded him with the freedom to run his own company, just the way he wanted to. Putting the needs of clients first has always been the main focus of Juan’s work along with carrying out solid and reliable work and building a strong trust between himself as a service provider and his customers.
Even as a young teenager, Juan loved fixing computers, helping his friends with software issues, showing them how to upgrade and offering technical support. He read every piece of technical computer literature he could get his hands on and soon knew just about everything there was to know about computers. The ever-developing nature of computer technology suited him and he always studied and kept up with emerging trends in computer technology. Soon, he had made himself a name as the “go-to person” when one has computer problems and finding a job after leaving school was easy. The initial stages of his employment further expanded his technical knowledge and Juan learned the ins and outs of good customer care and of running a profitable business. However, Juan and his boss rarely saw eye-to-eye and soon it became apparent, that Juan couldn’t continue to work in his role. Somewhat unsure as to what the future would hold, Juan wasn’t aware that many of his now former clients would leave with him and continue to request his services, and he gladly obliged.
The work itself was effortless, Juan had fixed computers from a young age, and dealing with customers on his own initiative proofed to be a pleasure. The satisfaction of landing new clients and maintaining good relations with existing clients was astonishing and Juan went on to officially launch the Infinity Hardware Company.
He hasn’t looked back since and certainly does not long for his old job back, instead, he has seen the Infinity Hardware Company grow, so much so in fact that he now employs 14 full-time staff members and intends to expand his services further.

Together with his team, Juan has successfully been expanding his customer base and the IHC’s growth has been solid and steady.
